​Delivery Coverage

We ship across India and worldwide. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the type of order. Express shipping by air is available, with charges calculated accordingly.

Shipping Time

• For manufactured cards without printing:

  • Port Blair & Hyderabad: 1–2 days [Once cards are ready for dispatch]

  • Metro Cities in India: 4 days [Approx.]

  • Other locations in India: 7 days [Approx.]

  • International Orders: 7–12 days (may vary by country)

• If printing is required:

  • Peak Season: 8–10 days after matter approval

  • Off-Season: Printing is usually faster, but we recommend planning your order well in advance.

Note: Some specialty cards are sourced from external vendors and may require additional 5–7 days for delivery.

Shipping Days

We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) through trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and timely arrival. While we strive to ship your complete order together, certain items may be shipped separately depending on availability.

Receiving Your Order

If you receive a package with damaged or tampered packaging, please do not accept the delivery. Contact our Customer Care immediately with your order reference number. A replacement will be arranged at the earliest, subject to product availability.

Invoice & Pricing

As per Indian Tax Regulations, all shipments (including gifts) will include an invoice with product prices.
