Refund & Cancellation Policy – Love and Beyond

​Cancellation Policy

At Love and Beyond, all our products are custom-made as per your requirements. For this reason, we do not encourage cancellations once an order is placed.

  • Cancellation requests will not be entertained once the design or printing process has started.

  • In exceptional cases, if a duplicate order is placed by mistake (same product and quantity within 24 hours), you may contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Our team will review and assist you accordingly.

Exchange Policy

As all our products are personalized and customized, we follow a strict no-exchange policy.

  • Exchanges are not allowed for any orders requiring printing, personalization, or customization.

  • The only exception will be if a wrong product (not as per the confirmed order) has been shipped.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any customized products once the order has been placed.

  • Refunds will only be considered if:

    1. A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.

    2. A wrong, non-customized product was shipped, and a replacement is not available.

All approved refunds (in rare cases) will be processed within 21 working days from the date of confirmation.

Return Policy

  • We have a no-return policy since all our invitations and cards are made specifically to your order requirements.

  • Please ensure that you carefully review your order details, spelling, and design approvals before confirming your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

While we do not accept returns, we do take full responsibility if your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report the issue to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order number and clear photos of the damage for verification.

  • If verified, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost (only if the product has not yet been printed/personalized).

  • If a replacement is not possible, our team will decide the best possible resolution.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, printed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
